About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to help build and scale Daytona’s core components. You’ll work on the APIs, orchestrator, and supporting services that form the backbone of Daytona’s runtime layer.

This is a highly technical role where you’ll architect, implement, and optimize mission-critical infrastructure that powers thousands of developers and millions of AI agents. If building reliable, elegant, and extensible platforms excites you, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain Daytona’s core APIs and orchestrator
• Develop supporting services and tooling that improve scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with AI and systems engineers to ensure seamless integrations across the stack
• Improve developer experience through robust abstractions and interfaces
• Contribute to standards and best practices for system design and service architecture
• Write documentation, developer guides, and tooling references
