We're currently seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Daytona. Location: Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in New York or Croatia.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and educate them on the benefits of Daytona's products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff of opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously learn about Daytona's products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Requirements:
- Any previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and handling rejection.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Bonus points:
- Knowledge of the technology industry and interest in staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment or fast-paced sales organization.
