By submitting an application to the Daytona Startup Grid program (the "Program"), you (the "Applicant," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you apply on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization and that all references to "you" herein include that organization.

1. Program Overview

1.1 The Program provides qualifying early‑stage companies with promotional cloud‑usage credits ("Credits") to access Daytona’s developer‑environment platform (the "Services").

1.2 Upon acceptance, each Participant receives USD 10,000 in Credits. Additional tranches up to an aggregate USD 50,000 may be granted at Daytona’s sole discretion based on milestones that Daytona communicates in writing.

1.3 Participation in the Program does not confer any discount on future paid plans, nor does it include access to Daytona Enterprise or any premium offerings unless expressly stated in writing by Daytona.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program is intended for privately‑held companies that:

• Were incorporated no more than five (5) years before the application date
• Have raised less than USD 15 million in total funding
• Employ fewer than fifty (50) full‑time equivalents at the time of application

2.2 Daytona reserves the right to approve or reject any application for any reason. Acceptance decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

3. Application & Selection Process

3.1 Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Daytona will endeavour to notify applicants of the outcome within ten (10) business days, but makes no guarantee of response time.

3.2 Daytona may request additional information to verify eligibility. Failure to provide such information within the requested timeframe may result in rejection.

3.3 Daytona may revoke an offer of Credits or remove a Participant from the Program at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
